Top-up packs are available and never expire.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, with prorated adjustments applied automatically.
Each plan includes a set number of staff (e.g. Starter includes 1, Growth includes 3). If you need more, additional staff can be added at a per-staff monthly rate that varies by plan. There are no per-seat charges on the base plan — only if you exceed the included staff count.
Your included monthly SMS allocation refreshes each billing cycle. Purchased top-up SMS and email credit packs never expire — they remain in your account until used.
Ki is AAKIJA’s built-in AI intelligence layer. It monitors your salon data continuously — identifying lapsed clients, revenue gaps, rebooking opportunities, and staffing anomalies. Ki drafts actions and queues them for your approval. It never acts without your permission. Every AI action is logged to an immutable audit trail.
AAKIJA’s Financial Hub provides P&L overview, sales tax tracking, staff commission reports, and accountant-ready CSV/PDF exports. Many salons find this sufficient. If you use QuickBooks or another accounting tool, our exports are designed to integrate smoothly.
The AI Receptionist (Phase 2) will clearly identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call. It follows all applicable privacy regulations, does not record calls without consent, and logs all interactions to the immutable audit trail. Full consent controls will be available in your settings.
Yes. AAKIJA supports data import from Phorest, Fresha, Timely, Treatwell, Vagaro, and any platform that exports CSV. The more data you bring across, the more Ki can do from day one. Some platforms export richer data than others — Timely and Fresha provide the cleanest exports, while Phorest requires a separate transaction history export for full Ki intelligence.
